Contact hello@stayn.co within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact hello@stayn.co as soon as possible with your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos where relevant. Please keep the item and packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Once confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and your statutory rights.
